I revamped the standard fan shroud to incorporate a subtle taper in the duct, thereby permitting a moderate increase in airflow towards the hotend. Additionally, I precision-cut a groove at the point of attachment with the hotend, which effectively minimizes melting. An attached Openscad file enables users to create the original unaltered duct, the modified tapered duct, and corner embellishments that enhance adhesion when printing ABS plastic materials.
