I was rearranging my workspace when I began piling various colored spools of electrical tape. The idea struck me to create a holder that would allow easy roll-off and also expand or contract as needed for added tape or empty rolls removal. So, I set out to design this. Update 5/11/19: This was designed specifically for electrical tape with an internal diameter of 30mm, so the slide is 28mm. As you can see in the image, four rolls of tape fit comfortably within it. However, some additional clearance at the lower inner part of the slide would be beneficial. Although all dimensions appear to be the same, there's a problem with fully collapsing the slider, which might require a light sanding to resolve.
