An antenna base for making a v-dipole antenna to pick up the NOAA satellites out of an old tape measure. The tape measure I used was about 22 mm wide, should work for other sizes. Antenae are 120° apart and there's a channel you can fill with hot glue if you so wish. Seems to work pretty well for me! Enjoy
