This is a tape holder/dispenser designed for standard 75mm ID 110mm OD rolls of tape, it is designed to reuse a blade from a Scotch heavy duty shipping/packaging tape dispenser. I only had a dispenser for the smaller rolls of tape and got replacement rolls in the larger size.
