Tape Gun (dispenser) Reel Replacement

Tape Gun (dispenser) Reel Replacement

Busted my tape gun reel and took matters into my own hands, deciding to fix it myself instead of leaving it broken. This is the replacement I came up with, printed in RigidINK's high-quality PLA (RigidINK gets a shoutout for this one!). My XYZ DaVinci 1.0a was running Repetier while I worked on the project. The settings I used were as follows: 185 degrees Celsius for the extruder, a build plate temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, a print speed of 55mm per second, an infill speed of 90mm per second, layer thickness of .3mm, and an infill percentage of 20%. For support type, I went with the "touching bed" option. I designed this reel in Tinkercad, making sure to stick to the original specifications. There's no need to scale anything up or down - it's ready to use as is. On December 31st, 2017, I added a reel with a 12.5mm center hole to the design.
