Tape Dispenser Core Replacement
thingiverse
Have you ever lost or broken the insert in the tape dispenser? Here's a quick 3D print fix that lets you keep using your dispenser even if the tape holder breaks. This fix fits the "universal invisible tape" roll found at my school (check below), but the diameter can be adjusted to fit other tapes by downloading the piece and changing the diameter to match the inner core of the tape you're using. This project was designed for a teacher who needed a replacement tape holder to save money, filament, and reduce support needs. To secure the piece to the tape dispenser, we used a small dowel, but if you don't have one, you can also print a "peg" instead (peg file coming soon). Just download and enjoy!
