I reworked the side panel of my Printrbot Simple Metal to fit within its 150mm x 150mm print area. Since the original didn't fit, I created a custom design in AutoCAD. To optimize filament usage, I added several holes and reshaped some triangles for a more visually appealing look. My primary objective was to ensure compatibility with smaller print beds without needing to scale the entire object. The other components remain identical to those found on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:140138.
