Tape dispencer - 50mm*20mm minimal - requires a bit of pin

Problem: One looses tape end especially with these small and very durable rolls. I tried to make the cut edge only out of plastic but it just kept stretching the tape. Maybe you have better luck. I poked a piece of pin cut from the head of the pin. Warmed it up above a candle (thus the soot) and stuck it through the print. Might be good to not to make the needle dirty but this is just a concept... aand now it's permanent in my kitchen. The pin will pierce the tape and it will break off very easily.
