I am building a escornabot and I have found that the buttons of the Micro switches touch with the LEDs next to them due to the fact that I used 5mm LEDs instead of 3mm. But those were all I had. So, in order to solve this problem, I chose to print myself some modified Filaflex buttons by changing the design making them narrower at the bottom and wider on top (the opposite of the originals). By using flexible material it allows me to make some tolerances with negative fit so that when the cover is inserted into the switch it gets pressed in and does not come out.
