Tap Wrench Handle

Tap Wrench Handle

Simple tap bit handle for small bits. The bit receptacle is currently at 4.0mm. Bit measured at 3.6mm square. I printed at 3.7mm and had to use a mallet to hammer the bit into place. I've included the fusion 360 file as well if you'd like to modify for larger bits or to remix. I printed this once at 80% infill (tri hex), 0.2mm layer height, and 1.2mm wall thickness. It took just over an hour to print at 60mm/sec. I tapped some 5mm (m5) holes in aluminum with very little issue or resistance. Plenty sturdy and I'd have no worry tapping harder metals as well with this size bit.
