Because I was feeling unenthusiastic today, I took the initiative to build a tap wrench from scratch. The individual components should be printable without any issues. I haven't had the chance to test it yet, but I plan on printing it out soon. To securely hold the small hammer in place on the screw, simply use two 2mm pass pins. Have fun working with it! 04/08/2017: Update - I've revised Part 2 and added two pass pins for added stability.
