Made this jig to assist tapping the ends of various widths 20mm extrusions using an M5 tap. Updated version added with four holes, proving necessary for keeping it straight without pushing the jig while tightening. Should be compatible with all 20mm extrusion types from Misumi's T-slot system, Openbuilds' V-slot design, and Maker Slide products. STL and STEP files provided. Requires two M5 screws measuring 12mm long and t-nuts to assemble. Printing the part in PLA with a minimum of 50% fill factor produces a rigid final product. Print vertically to achieve desired results. Learn more about this project on Instructables: http://www.instructables.com/id/Tap-straight-holes-in-Aluminum-Extrusion-with-a-3D/
