This thing (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16662) is designed for a tap holder, with a thick handle to rethread holes after powder painting. However, for a drill holder, a thinner handle might be more suitable. The insert features a 6.1mm hole, but if needed, it can be changed. Please ensure that the tap used matches the size of your cheap home taps before using this design. New inserts will be posted soon, and to use the holder, simply print and clean up the parts as required, then assemble.
