Tap Handle Logo Head
thingiverse
I'm displaying the top portion of the model in red for a clear view, and it matches the tap handle I've shared. When printing these models face up, I only use supports under the threaded section to keep things tidy. To avoid messes, I intentionally flatten the threads on the back side because those pesky supports were getting tangled up with the threads. With the flat section in place, I can easily separate the supports from the rest of the model. The recessed area on the face is 5.0mm deep, and I like to print different logos for each beer I brew. Then, I simply use super glue to attach them to the face. In this photo, I used another member's Christmas tree cookie cutter model, which I glued into this head for my special Christmas ale.
