Tap handle
thingiverse
This acrylic handle is perfect for hand-tapping purposes, especially with an M6 tap from HD Supply. It also fits other taps you may have on hand. While it's designed to work well with acrylic, it could potentially handle metal tapping, but this has not been tested yet. If you need a case for your tap, check out http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5670. To assemble the handle, cut out the attached file using a laser cutter and stack the layers with one side having a circular hole and the other without any hole, while all three square holes should be in the middle. The tap should fit snugly but can be easily removed by wiggling it side to side.
