Tap and Drill Storage Case

This is a storage container designed specifically for the Irwin-Hanson 13-piece tap and drill set, #80187, featuring the 4-40 tap. I prefer organizing my drill bits alongside their corresponding taps for quick access. It's essential to note that this case is not optimized for the set #80185, which includes a 12-24 tap instead of the 4-40. The design of this case prioritizes effortless access to the bits and taps - the included vacuum-pack packaging from the original set was inconvenient to use. Additionally, it was created with smaller print beds in mind (160 x 160 mm), resulting in a product that is roughly the same size as the standard blister-pack case but significantly easier to utilize. The original tap/drill label can be trimmed and precisely fit into the tap finger-well, providing an attractive label for the tap/drill pairs. I securely attached it to the bottom of the well using adhesive. For users who wish to customize dimensions or create a similar storage container for their own collection, the source FreeCAD files (in *.FCStd format) are included.
