I stumbled upon an affordable yet amazing Bluetooth receiver featuring APTX Bluetooth 4.0 capabilities, accompanied by a sleek and intuitive controller - currently priced at approximately 22 EUR on Amazon. After attempting to find the ideal placement for it in my vehicle, I discovered that the coin holder in the centre console would perfectly house the Bluetooth receiver. To ensure a seamless fit, I redesigned the coin holder from scratch to accommodate the Bluetooth receiver efficiently. There are three STL files available: - BT controller holder.stl is the redesigned coin holder itself - wire fixer.stl is a simple plug that secures the controller cable and conceals the cabling hole - drill mask.stl is a straightforward cutout from the coin holder, designed to facilitate precise drilling The Bluetooth controller comes with a magnetic mount support, which must be removed before installation. To simplify the process of creating a hole in the bottom part of the enclosure, I created a simple mask that allows for easy positioning and drilling through the bottom part of the enclosure using a 3 mm drill bit.
