Tantillus E3D carriage

This carriage lets you attach an E3Dv6 or my choice of an E3D lite6 hotend to your Tantillus. You'll have to give up a bit of X and Y space for this, though. The final print bed dimensions are 70mm by 85mm by 100mm. I also added an experimental version with mounts for the X and Y endstops, but I haven't printed it yet. UPDATE: I printed the first endstop version, but it doesn't reach the axis ends - I'll improve it soon!
