The acrylic components were crafted using chemplast GP, measuring between 5.45 to 5.55 inches, resulting in slight play when combined with conventional corners. To address this issue, the corners have been modified to feature a 5.6mm channel. Additionally, set screw mounts for 2.5mm screws were included to prevent idler rods from shifting excessively.
