The redesigned laser-cut case for the Tantillus A2 printer makes significant improvements based on its predecessor, featuring: A newly designed laser-cut case with top and bottom covers. Two fan mounting panels that can be positioned on either side (or used for classic extruder mounting). A mounting site for an LCD2004 smart control, replacing the old 2-line LCD display. A SD card slot integrated with the LCD2004 in the left-hand side. Raspberry Pi mounting sites and camera mounts make remote printing and monitoring effortless. The custom-built extruder is available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:605101 for those interested in replication. STL models can be found on GitHub at https://github.com/makerfab/Tantillus-A2 2016-08-08 notes: Additional parts were added to complete the Tantillus design, including the original Z-arm left and right mounts. The original laser-cut carriage-middle was also reinstated.
