Self align and self square double corner for 20x20 aluminum profile, part of Tank3d Printer's design, with many more features waiting to be explored. Similar to Tank3D T corner A and B 20x20 aluminum profile, but simpler and boasting a self-aligning mechanism that serves as a supporting structure for other components. Not intended for critical square assemblies due to its limited functionality. This design is both strong and nearly invisible, thanks to its identical thickness to neighboring aluminum profiles, making it an excellent choice for supporting parts without drawing attention away from the printer's overall aesthetics. Print Settings: Printer: Original Prusa Mk2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.4mm nozzle with 0.2mm normal settings Infill: 30-50% for optimal results Notes: This corner is printed with a 30-50% infill to ensure strength and durability, while the 0.4mm nozzle provides precise detail. When printed correctly, it's nearly impossible to break apart by hand and will not sag over time. Avoid saving material here to prevent machine sagging with time.
