Tank Type 5 Chi-R Japan Clay Vray Department of Arm Weaponry reviewed battlefield data from the Eastern Front and recommended shifting tank design focus to specialize in anti-tank warfare instead of Infantry tanks. The Army increased requirements for the new medium tanks, upgrading them from 20 tonnes to 35 tonnes and boosting armour from 50 mm to 75 mm. A new 75 mm gun was chosen over the previous 57 mm anti-tank gun, mounted on a tank platform capable of increased performance. Product specifications include versions compatible with Vray Next Update 2.1 in 3ds max 2020 and Vray Folder (also available for Vray Next Update 2.1 in 3ds max 2017). Additional design notes: All texture information is saved along with file formats; however the background image used in design process has been removed. Layered organization makes component handling easier throughout model structure creation. Modelled parts consist of Polygon Ngon elements. Model is now completed with optimal use.
