The Ho-Ni III tank destroyer, a type of self-propelled artillery in service with Imperial Japan during World War II, significantly surpassed its predecessors, the Type 1 Ho-Ni I and the modified Type 1 Ho-Ni II. With improved crew protection provided by an entirely enclosed superstructure, this powerful gun offered substantial enhancements over earlier models. The 3D model was designed using Autodesk's industry-standard software, 3ds Max 2016. The Mental Ray version is native to 3ds Max 2016 (Mental Ray 3.13), ensuring seamless compatibility with existing workflows. 2. Users can also export a scanline-optimized version for 3ds Max 2016, which delivers smooth rendering capabilities. 3. For added versatility, the model has been pre-configured for export in industry-standard file formats FBX and OBJ using Autodesk's presets. 4. Materials are applied to the exported models.
