Tank Girl was a comic book and movie (1995). It is a cult classic. Tank Girl is among the few survivors of a dystopian Earth. She gets arrested for stealing water and then escapes with a rogue mechanic from Water and Power names Jett. Jett steals a jet and she steals a tank. She fights against the tyranny of a mega-corporation called Water and Power that dominates the remaining useable water supply of the planet. Her style is very 90 punk. An over the top gaudy collage of all things decorative and fashion is exactly her style. She lives in the moment and for the moment.
