Step 1: look at only the cylinder part and the nipple part of the tank and cut it in half vertically and sketch and fillet your proper dimensions and revolve on a vertical axisStep 2: sketch onto the bottom of the part and make 2 circles with proper dimensions and boss extrudeStep 3: same thing as step 2 but on top and before you extrude you'll put a horizontal centerline on the origin and 2 more angled centerlines on the axis and put your angles trim away excess lines and boss extrude the remainderStep 4: sketch on extrude from step 4 go too view and show temporary axis and create a slot on that axis and cut extrude too proper dimensionsStep 5: Then with the cut extrude from step 5 use circular pattern and rotate it around 4 times Step 6: fillet the boss extrude ends from step 3
