Tandy Model 200 Battery Cover
thingiverse
I acquired a second-hand Tandy Model 200, but it was missing its original battery cover. To rectify this situation, I designed a replacement battery cover. It's recommended that you print it with supports due to overhangs; otherwise, the settings are likely not critical. I printed mine in black ABS to match the rest of the bottom case. The V2 version of this model features added ribs for easier opening and improved fillets on the hooks for increased robustness. When printing, consider adding support under the tabs on the short edge and between the plate and the "hooks" so they come out clean. However, avoid adding support in the rib openings. My version 2 cover required no post-processing other than removing a few supports; it simply slid into place at the base of my Tandy Model 200. I printed it in black ABS to match the rest of the computer case. The battery cover stabilizer can be placed on top of the cover to protect its tabs during mailing or shipping.
