These components are currently undergoing rigorous testing to ensure they function flawlessly. I carefully drilled the holes using a .094" bit, which is specifically designed for use with 3/32" Brass K&S Rod. Version 1 of these parts features elongated holes that have been extended by .4mm. This modification allows the Floppy Door to sit flush against the Drive Faceplate when viewed from beneath. To verify this alignment, simply look up from the bottom of the face plate. Version 3 introduces a significant update: I've revised the material used for the holes to make them easier to punch out. Although these changes will still require drilling to accommodate brass rod for the hinge, they offer several benefits. Note that there was no Version 2 iteration of this design.
