Tandberg Fasett 1971 was a game-changer in the audio world. Alongside Nivico (JVC/Victor, GB-1E) and Grundig (Audiorama 8000), Tandberg boldly decided that loudspeakers didn't have to be boxy to produce great music. Unlike many others who concealed their speakers as false books (Weathers), fake furniture (JBL), or fake paintings (Fisher) during the late 50s and 60s, Tandberg gave the Fasett a stylish makeover that matched the era's fashion trends. Although not truly high-fidelity, these speakers outshine the dull TOA p.a. speakers found everywhere on Earth! The Fasett boasts a unique design that sets it apart from its competitors. Key Features: * 2-way bass-reflex system * Dual drivers: one for bass/mids and another for highs * Impedance: 4-8 Ohms * SPL: 6W delivers a 96dB SPL * Max. power: 40W DIN * Frequency response: 60Hz to 20Khz DIN * Volume: 6,5l * Dimensions: 28 x 24,5 x 22cm * Available colors: black, orange, and antique white Visit The Vintage Knob for more information on the Tandberg Fasett.
