This is a customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2277236, scaled up to fit lenses with a 65.4mm diameter that are close in size. In addition to the standard design modifications, I have also added an integrated Manfrotto RC2 Quick Release Plate that mounts directly onto compatible tripod heads. The test print is made from PLA, but I highly recommend using PETG or ABS for extra strength. A Fujifilm XT-20 camera with adapter, teleconverter and Tamron Adaptall 2 200mm F3.5 lens is shown in the picture, and this setup feels incredibly stable and well-balanced. The "bolt" seen in one of the images is actually a part of a wall mount for JBL Control 1 speakers - it fits perfectly!
