My La Pavoni grinder's oversized tamper caused issues with my home espresso machine, leading me to construct a replacement. Made using Tinkercad, it performs excellently! To assemble, simply use an M8 1.25 push bar and self-tap the 7mm hole at a slow pace; time will tell if this solution holds up.
