SCENE INFORMATION The scene covers an area of 50 kilometers by 50 kilometers in size. This model utilizes OSM data to create the environment. Preparation for use in 3ds Max and V-Ray Next was carefully done. The images that were rendered with V-Ray Next are part of this asset package. The model is compatible with older versions of V-Ray, although results may differ significantly. The preview images are direct outputs from rendering these scenes. All measurements within the scene are taken in centimeters as part of real-world scaling. Export options include the collapsed mesh format for those who need it. Please do not hesitate to contact support if any additional assistance is needed with this model. DISCLAIMER This 3D model was specifically optimized for use in 3ds Max software paired with V-Ray rendering technology. Each material used in the scene is a standard V-Ray material type, and all light sources within are also part of V-Ray's toolset. Material settings may not translate directly when using other export formats. Artists behind this asset do not support or endorse its usage outside of 3ds Max with V-Ray. Different software combinations can lead to varied results. As such, official technical assistance from the artist for compatibility or result variations cannot be guaranteed across different rendering engines or software systems. GEOMETRY In order to maintain optimal efficiency, all components within this model's structure are simplified and stacked upon each other. Object names and their respective organizational layers follow standard practices in 3ds Max - 'buildings,' 'highway,' 'railroad,' and 'water' are some of these predefined groups. See provided images for exact layer arrangements. Although not exhaustive, some notable aspects within the geometry include the omission of certain structures, limited information due to import restrictions, and data absence from original OpenStreetMap (OSM) sources. Notably missing in detail, as only base level imports from OSM are considered for the assets such as landmarks - details or full scale models aren't a part of this asset package. As indicated by the scene configuration files and associated materials within preview images, note that every object placed in the 3D environment is at Z=0 ground plane. It should be noted, though, no specific data is being transferred via VRay planes which themselves do not count as a material for rendering or usage. Users should understand their functions beforehand during modeling sessions using VRAY plane tools. POLYCOUNT AND OTHER PARAMETERS FOR THE MODEL All three-dimensional representations are displayed and defined as objects within scene environment. There exists two types of object properties inside our database - Box type And also tree parameters which indicate vertex number count per unit i.e. 'per-tree', total vertices equals to ( 381486, 726640 ). PolyCount and Vertices is applied to trees alone that signifies (Poly- count : 726640 / Vertex-count: 381486) MATERIALS This model utilises materials of Vray rendering. Additional material information provided as an individual downloadable zip package with associated maps are not required. All UV Maps were prepared through the use of the in-built ‘UVW MAP MODIFIER’ present within VRAY for real world scene representations during production process. LIGHT SETUP Asset is supported with a sun & Sky system developed using Linear Workflow to provide necessary light and ambiance details that enhances overall 3d visuals. FORMAT All exported scenes were built, tested and checked in accordance with (2017 ) safe backwards compatible model version (from previous Max edition). FBX file OBJ format for data interchange
