This plate serves as the front shock mount for the Tamiya DF01 lineup, which includes the Top Force, Manta Ray, Blazing Star, and Terra Conqueror. The purpose of this component is to attach a FRP/graphite shock tower directly to the front gearbox. In order to simplify the design, the body mount has been eliminated, as it is not required for the Top Force model.
