Tamiya Super Astute Re-Release Gear Cover

This design still requires some refinement, but its primary function is to serve as an alternative to the lexan cover that comes with the kit. Although I don't have access to a non-re-release Super Astute model for direct comparison, this gear cover should align perfectly with the mounting hole pattern of the re-release version. In the near future, I plan to verify its accuracy by comparing it to a standard Astute gearbox. The rear suspension compression is currently tight, but once installed, it should clear up nicely. Unlike the original, it doesn't overlap the edge, yet it provides an adequate seal for casual bashing activities.
