Front Caster/Knuckle Block for Tamiya Super Astute: A Custom Solution. I have taken out the 3x7 bushing mounts, but can easily make a variation that incorporates these if you prefer. To assemble this piece, start by reaming the lower hinge pin hole with a 3mm drill bit. You may find the upper hole to be slightly tight, but it should still fit with some gentle persuasion - or, if needed, ream it out with the same drill bit. Please note that this design might require some minor adjustments and filing to get a snug fit, and I'm happy to tweak the model further to address any layer height issues. This design also offers a lot of flexibility for modifying the caster angle by adjusting the pivot area - so don't be afraid to experiment and find your perfect balance.
