The same type of fixed size spacers Tamiya (or other manufacturers) usually supply with their kits. These are for 12 and 13 mm shocks (outside diameter of the shock) and in different sizes (see filenames). The spacers itself have a slightly larger inner diameter. PETG or similar filament is recommended since it's more springy and flexible than PLA and keeps its size better.
