The steering arm, a crucial link between the wheels and servo, shattered after colliding with a wall. This replacement part, specifically designed for the lunchbox frame, boasts only the necessary holes, eliminating unnecessary complexity. A counterbore was previously drilled into the original part, accompanied by a plastic washer to reinforce it. By removing this counterbore, the attachment's wall thickness has increased significantly, rendering the part stronger at the point of impact and obviating the need for a plastic washer. The new part has already demonstrated remarkable resilience, outlasting its predecessor by a considerable margin. Although not entirely crash-proof, its ease of replacement and rapid printability make it an attractive upgrade option.
