Tamiya Neo Fighter custom rims 1.9 inch no supports, one piece
thingiverse
I was fed up with getting stuck in the mud when driving with my stock-motorized Neo Fighter. So I got some 1.9 rock crawler tires and fitted them on front- and rear axles using custom rims. Designed similar to the famous "Mangels"-chrome-rims, which I always wanted to have when driving my first car. Supports are built into the model, you can easily remove them after printing. Rims are designed to be printed lying on the outer side. All you need to do is install plastic bushes or ball bearings (11x5x4) in the front wheels. The bearing seat in the model is 11.5mm, and with my printer this dimension turned out perfectly without drilling afterwards. I also made three types of this design: one for an original 10mm axle arm, another for a rear rim with a 12mm hex connector, and a third for a front rim on a 20mm "Mad Bull" axle arm (which I used on my Buggy). Looking forward to your feedback, creations, and remixes!
