Tamiya Mercedes-Benz 1850L Truck Speaker Mount

This is a mounting option for cheap and widely available 50 mm speakers, inside the box of a Tamiya 1850L Truck. It's made out of four parts: (1) Bracket, which is screwed to the inside of the panel facing the cabin. (2) Faceplate as counterpart on the outside. (3) Cover on the inside. (4) Adapter piece between cover and speaker. Parts needed: * 4x M3 x 8 mm countersunk screws + nuts (lock nuts recommended) * 4x 3 mm x 35mm countersunk universal or wood screws (for the cover), long M3 screws should work too. * Optionally a drop of CA glue (for the adapter piece). Part #4 is there to makes it easier to fine adjust the distance between back cover and bracket, so the speaker sits firmly pressed against the panel. I added the FreeCAD file for this part. I recommend printing the stock adapter part and then go from there, by reducing or enlarging the height of the part and/or the diameter of the hole for the speaker magnet.
