**Custom LiPo Battery Holder for Tamiya Chassis with Integrated Monitor Case** For modelers using LRP's round LiPo batteries on their vintage Tamiya cars, a common issue arises when trying to fit the standard battery holder. The problem is that these LiPo batteries are approximately 5 mm longer than their NiMH counterparts, making it impossible for the standard holder to accommodate them. This custom-designed LiPo battery holder offers a solution to this problem. It features an insert from the top and utilizes three lugs to securely hold the battery in place. A body clip is included to fasten the battery holder by being inserted into the middle lug between the battery and the chassis, ensuring a snug fit. The design also includes an optional mount for standard 1-8S LiPo monitors, providing modelers with the ability to easily integrate their chosen monitor into the setup. This product was created using OpenSCAD software, and the source file is included for users who wish to modify or customize the design further.
