Designed a modified version with M4 threaded rod inserts to resolve pivot breakage issues. Cleaned out the shaft using a 4mm drill bit and reinforced the pivot with stainless steel M4 threaded rods. Printed this part in PETG, which has surprisingly held up so far. Note: You will still need to source uprights & center mount from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2334911.
