I really needed to find a way to fit my vintage Tamiya Super Sabre runner with common brick lipo batteries, so I came up with a solution to make them fit. The original holder wasn't long enough for a lipo brick pack, but it would take the right size lipo stick - like a CoreRC one, which unfortunately, I don't have any of! Plus, running on a dusty track made pulling the battery door pin out a real challenge as fine particles of dirt always got stuck in. So, I wanted to create a slide-in method to install the brick pack easily. As it turned out, my design worked pretty well. Parts should be easy to print without support and just need a couple of R clips to secure the battery.
