Tamiya 1/14 Truck rims
thingiverse
I combined several of my favorite designs and styles to create a 1/14 scale rim that fits perfectly with the design I envisioned for the OSSUM jeep modifications I'm working on. To make assembly easier, I separated the steel rim versions into halves, which can be assembled using a few M2 (or m3) screws. I can easily create several offsets for these rims, but I included 0 offset and a 2.5mm offset for the Jeep design I had in mind. These rims are designed to work with 1:14th scale Tamiya semi truck tires, which can be found here: https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?catId=0&initiative_id=SB_20170526173438&SearchText=1%2F14+tamiya+tires After some adjustments, I have printed 4 rims and mounted them with the tires. The result is a snug fit that requires only minor prep to get the screws and nuts to fit comfortably. I used M2 screws, but M1.6 may look more accurate. One note to keep in mind is that these rims are not true bead-locks, so they may not be suitable for high-power systems. However, they should work fine with my scale brushed truck. If you plan to run them on a higher power system, I recommend gluing the tires to the rims for extra security.
