I recently encountered a rocky situation while driving my trailer, which resulted in a bent axle that proved difficult to replace. Faced with a scarcity of parts, I decided to take matters into my own hands and fabricate one from scratch. As you can see, the end result is an almost exact replica of the original part, which I extracted from a 3-axle container trailer. Given its unique origin, I suspect this axle differs significantly from standard ones. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer Model: R1 ABS + PLA Model Raft: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: 20% Notes: This print may require some post-processing to ensure a clean finish, particularly if the first layer is too close and causes the material to squish out.
