...here we have the continuation of the documented baguette configuration: the additional modules that go with it. Here it is the rather not so common tamago-yaki method from Japan, with which eggs are fried (tamago= egg, yaki= fried).the principle is quite incomprehensible for non-japanese people, incomprehensible- is basically a kind of role: you fry an egg mass in the pan- and fold it up. then you pour in more egg mass and fry it too- fold it over the already fried egg.this can be done as you wish: at the end you have a package that only consists of fried eggs.Of course you can also add other things to the egg mass - apart from spices - for example leeks, ham and the like. the japanese generally have a special, rectangular roasting pan made of sheet metal for making tamago-yaki like this!of course it can't be automated then: that's why i created my own pan for it, defined the process, also named the process of production!we can not only make this tamago-yaki in this pan - we can also fry everything else - for example baconthe tamago-yaki that we produce here is 201 mm long and as a package we separate the fold out in the middle, i.e. the egg package producedto cover the baguettes - without cutting through!the assembly here does not contain all the components - the bracket is missing - because we want and have to prevent the number of parts - our computer is blocked due to the size of the files generated, so we are no longer able to act.step, igs, stl
