TalonClaw - Ram Rod with Carbon Fiber Rod

Note: An updated version has been created that allows easy release of the MAG in the forward position. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4103641 A 3D Printed Ram Rod is designed specifically for TalonClaw, featuring a Carbon Fiber insert for added strength. The tolerance is tight to fit the rod inside, as it was printed on a Prusa i3 MK3. The model in the photo shows a prototype, which has been slightly modified to hold O-rings in place better if they are used. Print settings include: 0.2mm layer height 35mm infill 5 perimeters / walls / Top / Bottom layers The Carbon Fiber Rod measures 8mm OD / 6mm ID and is available at: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000058927961.html, with dimensions of 8mmx6mmx500mm. It's essential that the Carbon Fiber Rod slides all the way inside the printed part and does not stick out the end. To hold the rod in place, a M3 machine screw can be used. Alternatively, some glue stick may also work well. A STEP file has been uploaded for those who want to modify the model easily in CAD.
