We've all been there - frantically searching for a knife at the worst possible moment. For us, it's a daily struggle, especially with the never-ending stream of Amazon deliveries we receive. My wife gets the glare for that one. That's why we created the Talon, a razor-sharp knife designed to fit neatly on a keychain. Whether you're checking the mailbox, browsing in a store, or setting up camp, this compact companion will always be by your side. Disclaimer: We don't recommend using the Talon for heavy-duty cutting. Opening letters, snipping through tape, paper, string, paracord, and standard cardboard thickness are its typical uses. Please avoid applying excessive force, and always use safe cutting practices. We also advise against storing the Talon in pockets, bags, or any other confined space that requires reaching in blindly with the blade exposed. Instead, keep it attached to a carabiner for safe handling. The Talon comes in two body versions, both using the same slide mechanism: Talon_Body_Locking: This version features a locking mechanism that securely keeps the blade inside the body. To deploy the blade, you'll need to use both hands. We've designed it with safety in mind, and so far, we haven't heard any reports of injuries or malfunctions - neither have we experienced any. Talon_Body_Snap: This version uses a snap mechanism instead of locking, allowing for one-handed deployment. Many customers requested this feature, and we delivered. However, please note that the snap feature will eventually wear out over time, potentially leading to unintentional blade deployment. To avoid accidents, monitor the wear and replace it as needed. Also, refrain from storing the Talon in pockets, bags, or any other confined space. Standard features include a key ring location and breakdown mechanism for quick blade changes.
