Talon Claw V5 Rails

This is my favorite Talon Claw to date. Using aluminum rails, same material as prime bars, to provide a very solid Talon Claw. This can be built very light weight and ridged. Quick change barrel is amazing! Lube the outside of the ferrule on the print to print... Mostly Talon Claw hardware. Tube, ram, pistons, prime bars, all Talon Claw, V4 and V3 compatible. Prints were designed for a snug fit, prints at .2mm with no support needed on any part. Uses McMaster 8975K297 structural bars. Can use the prints as a drill jig, start at the front muzzle and work back. Use a 7/64th drill bit!!! Drill sizes used, 7/64th for all holes except the rear is 3/16 for the takedown pin. 3/8 4-40 button head screws x 10 Ace Hardware or McMaster 90279A108 3/8 4-40 countersunk screw x 11 Ace or McMaster 90273A108 1/2 4/40 button head for the top mag rail x 2 Ace 4-40 nut x 12 Ace Hardware or McMaster 90480A005 Take down rear pin McMaster 97245A221 X1 (can use old Caliburn take down but will be longer) Will post optional aesthetic files in a different make for this. 7/2/2021 Wrong kiri files was loaded, fixed.
