EDIT 4: Added an adjustable version of the buffer stock, utilizing a standard 1/4" 10-32 screw to secure the pin to lever, providing added strength. A 1" 4-40 screw and nut are also used for retaining the lever to the main body. Alternatively, two 3/8" 4-40 screws could suffice. The buffer spring is a random extra Nerf spring, approximately 6mm in diameter by 20mm long. EDIT3: Installed a V3 length hand guard. EDIT2: Added slide and upper components to convert your V3c to V4 without hardware modifications. The slide works seamlessly with the HGuard. If you own a V3c (Captain Slug Variant), you will need to print the Butt2Kiri_V4c. The cover photo now showcases all files in the set. EDIT: Updating this project to incorporate other mods built around Captain Slug's publicly available V3c 3D (STEP) files. A tactical handguard designed for the TalonClaw V4 replaces the original front rail piece. The muzzle piece may require a layer of electrical tape, as PLA doesn't crush and provide enough grip to retain a metallic barrel. Note that if you have a V3, your rods should be long enough to use this front end. Added buffertube back butt, featuring a backbutt rod for stabilizing the spring. The doublebutt is purely cosmetic and consists of two pieces, allowing it to slide down the buffertube. A single 4-40 screw is used for retention, differing from Slug's 10-32 screw and nut.
