About 0.5 inches taller than stock, this modification allows for the installation of bigger receivers, capacitors, and telemetry equipment. The existing bottom half of the receiver box is utilized; simply unscrew the original top and replace it with this upgraded component, using the same screws. Although it may not be waterproof, the flat bottom provides a secure surface to take advantage of the rubber ring on the stock box. The cutout on one side must be positioned towards the center for optimal functionality. Note that version V1 is completely square but may interfere with larger motors due to its design. Version V2 features a cutout that allows for the installation of bigger motors, making it an ideal choice for users who require increased power. UPDATE: This upgraded component now includes an optional wire cover.
