Tall Hinged Arduino Case With SD Card Slot

Tall Hinged Arduino Case With SD Card Slot

The original design perfectly suits my requirements as it allows an enclosure for the entire Arduino while being extendable for shields. I specifically need a data logger shield that writes information to an SD Card for a particular application. To render the parts and export STL files, you just need to follow the instructions provided. The code is currently in millimeters due to my modification from .001 inches, though it could still be improved by removing the scale constant factor. I plan on adding distance, humidity, and temperature sensors to the enclosure, hoping to refine the code further. The SD card slot may need slight adjustments for easier insertion. An updated version (3-4-2012) has been released with a cleaner code, an improved hinge design that prints without support, but the SD card slot still requires some tweaking for better fitment.
